Returns
We accept returns and exchanges for products that are unused, sealed and in a salable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
General refunds will be processed once the return has been received (minus the shipping costs paid for by Cell Wellness Co) and processed in our QLD warehouse Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless broken/damaged.
For orders that arrive broken or damaged, please email us within 2 days of receipt of order and send us photos of the damaged order. We will happily refund or replace the affected products and cover the shipping costs.
