About Michelle
Michelle Brenton is a Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, Medical Herbalist, Remedial Massage Therapist, and qualified Personal Trainer with nearly 25 years of clinical experience helping people regain health, vitality, and balance.
While Michelle specialises in chronic disease management (Gut health, autoimmune) and women’s hormonal health — including perimenopause, menopause, and fertility — her holistic approach supports every facet of healing and restoring balance.
Michelle will not stop until the root cause is uncovered. She treats people of all ages, including but not limited to, babies, children, men, women, athletes and the elderly.
Using a blend of Western and Eastern medicine, along with functional ingredients, and tailored nutritional and lifestyle strategies, Michelle creates personalised treatment plans that are practical, results-driven, and truly effective.
With over 32 years of strength training experience, she brings a deep understanding of how the body performs, adapts, and recovers — enabling appropriate exercise prescription.
Michelle is also the co-owner, formulator, and manufacturer of Cellwellness Co, which she runs alongside her husband, Shannon Brenton, also a Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist, and Herbalist.
When she’s not in clinic, developing new formulations, or presenting seminars, you’ll find Michelle walking Burleigh Hill, training at the gym, or enjoying a chai tea at The Paddock Café.

Absolutely! Parents from all over the world report significant improvements in the health and immunity of their kids when taking Cell Charge™. Due to it’s strong flavour we advise mixing it in juice ot a smoothie to begin with (which completely masks the flavour and assures compliance).2-3 drops for babies & 5 drops for children over 3 years of age is preferred. Children over 50kg can then be dosed the same as adults.
It depends on your existing nutritional status and overall health, however some people report benefits as quickly as one day! Others within a week. The average seems to be 1-2 weeks.
Cell Charge™ will not break a fast and can be used with any dietary process.

Yes, we actually recommend an initial loading phase, taking it twice daily for 2 weeks then reduce to once daily. You can also increase the frequency of dosage in acute situations such as illness.
Cell Charge™ is completely heat stable, you can add it to hot or cold drinks or food if you like. Often people add fresh lemon to neutralise the taste (even though mild).
Yes Cell Charge™ is a potent antioxidant for the skin cells and assists in providing a protective barrier from the external toxins we are all exposed to. Add 2 drops into nightcream after cleansing, or can apply neat to skin for infective or inflamed areas.
